Your email will guide you to set up your account via a link to myportal.compassbyselective.com. This link expires in 7 days, so please verify your account promptly. If you did not receive an email, please contact Compass.Support@Radius.com. Please note you must log in, create your account, and accept the Terms of Service in order for the devices to be shipped to you.
Enter the cell phone number or email address provided at the time of purchase. You'll receive a passcode via text or email. Enter this code on the Enter Passcode screen.
To monitor your drivers and gain valuable fleet performance insights on-the-go, you can download the Compass by Selective app from the Google PlayTM store or Apple App Store®. Once downloaded, log in using your cell phone number or email address. Then, you'll need to accept the terms of service and the distracted driving pledge.
