If you're noticing a high number of harsh event alerts—such as harsh braking, acceleration, or cornering—it could be due to overly sensitive settings on your device. This is common with certain vehicles that don’t respond well to standard sensitivity levels.
You cannot adjust the sensitivity settings yourself, you will need to reach out to Compass.Support@Radius.com and request the settings be adjusted. Please include your vehicle ID or device ID and a brief description of the issue (e.g. "Too many harsh braking alerts"). The adjustments will be completed within 2 business days of receiving your request.
