There are 9 different reports built into the system.
- Trips Report will show each trip that a vehicle has taken during the date range selected. You can run this report for all vehicles at once or just choose the vehicles that you would like to see data for. You will get information in the report like, vehicle name, driver name if applicable, trip start, trip stop, trip duration, trip stop duration, address trip ended at, point of interest, idle time, and more.
- Stops/Idle Report will show you each trip a vehicle took and every location that it went into Idle. This is especially useful when look at delivery vehicles, for example, stopped without turning off their vehicle.
- Driving Alerts Report will pull total occurrences of various alerts by vehicle or driver captured in the system during your specified date range.
- Score Report will show the driver or vehicle score generated for the specified date range and a breakdown of events, speeding and road types traveled which all contribute to the driver score based on our proprietary algorithm.
- Vehicle Health Report has two options to choose from. The Service report can display the past, next, and upcoming service items. The Health Alerts report displays total amount of recalls, Active DTC’s or Dashboard Trouble Codes, Cleared DTC’s, engine temp and battery warnings for the specified date range.
- Fuel Report has two options to choose from. When you want to see a total cost for fuel usage choose fuel usage from the drop down, enter the average cost per gallon for your geographical location, choose the vehicles, and the report will display the total hours, distance, estimated fuel used, total cost, idle time, and idle cost for the specified date range. Please note, the fuel economy and odometer must be present in the vehicle settings for this report to display accurately. The fuel receipts report will show a total cost of fuel and idling based on the data entered by the fleet owner from the driver fuel fill up receipts.
- IFTA Report can be utilized If you’re fleet falls within the IFTA guidelines. this report will help you submit your fuel usage and taxable amount by state and specified time range.
- Point of Interest Report has a few options within it. The Geofence report will allow you to view when your vehicles entered and or exited a specific geofence during the specified date range. The Point of Interest report will allow you to view when a vehicle ended their trip at a point of interest that you have loaded into the system during the specified date range. Use the Custom Point of Interest report to view when a vehicle ended their trip at any specified address during the requested date range.

Usage Detail Report gives a snapshot of the start and end odometer reading, total miles driven, engine hours, idle time, day over day by vehicle.
